  • Victory Bank, a full-service bank based in Texas, Ownership .15%.
  • Coral Capital LLC (Coral DeFi), a management company for closed end investment vehicles investing in Crypto investment strategies. Ownership .9%.
  • Innovative Freezing Systems SAS, a company based in Ecuador that manufactures and leases freezing tunnels to customers in the food industry. Ownership 11%.
  • 57 West Capital Advisors, Inc. – Investment advisory company based in Austin, Texas. This company specializes in managing equity portfolios for individual investors as well as institutions. Ownership 100%.
  • Conexion Mercantil SAS – Trading and distribution company based in Colombia, South America. Ownership 15%  
  • Bedrock Partners LLC – General partnership created for the purpose of developing real estate properties. Ownership 25%.
  • Texas Coldworks LLC – A real estate company for the purpose of purchasing land in Austin Texas. Ownership 25%.   
  • 57 West Capital Markets Ltd. An offshore investment company based in the British Virgin Islands. Ownership 100%.

In some cases, our normal separately managed account systems are not practical for investing in some public and nonpublic corners of the corporate universe. In these situations, 57 West Capital Markets Inc. participates by creating investment vehicles, which it believes are better suited for certain specific investor needs and interests.  Some of the different types of investment companies we have or had created in the past include:
